TheSimSupply's University Challenge

I already own university, but I saw the picture of the foundation he uploaded and had to give it a try. I love a good challenge. And the foundation is a rather frustrating shape.

The rules are:

"The idea of this challenge is that you download the lot linked below, this is just a foundation with no walls, landscaping or anything else excecpt a foundation. Your challenge is to build a house / community lot /  whatever the heck you like utilizing this foundation. You can not change the foundation in any way adding to it or removing from it is forbidden. You can move the foundation up / down, it just has to keep it's original shape. You can also landscape underneath the lot in anyway you like."
